How long does delivery take?
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery typically takes 7–20 business days depending on your location. Orders to Europe generally arrive within 7–14 business days.
Do you ship to my country?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Are your products safe to use?
Yes. All Sivilus products are designed for safe home use and do not require any professional training. Please read the included instructions before use and follow the recommended guidelines.
How do I use the massage devices?
Each product comes with a user manual. In general, our devices are plug-and-play — simply power on, select your preferred intensity or heat level, and apply to the target area. Start on the lowest setting if it's your first time.
Can I use the products every day?
Most of our products are designed for daily use. We recommend sessions of 15–20 minutes per area. If you experience any discomfort, stop use and consult a healthcare professional.
Are the products suitable for people with medical conditions?
If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a pacemaker, please consult your doctor before using any of our massage or heat therapy devices.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a return or exchange.
What if my product arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and process your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
