Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your Sivilus purchase, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Returned within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
Items returned after the 30-day window

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

How to Request a Refund

Include your order number and reason for the return
We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or PayPal account first. If you still have not received it, contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
